Pastor Eric Junior Peters was raised from childhood at Gouyave Estate in the Parish of St, John’s. His early education was received at the Grand Roy and Florida Government Schools. After being successful in the Common Entrance Examination he attended the St John’s Christian Secondary School where he continued his education.

He was nurtured by a christian mother, Sis. Norma Peters who has been serving the Lord for the past forty five years. Through her, he learnt to put his trust in God and His word.  After years of searching for his identity and indulging in the things of the world, he was powerfully arrested by God. He attributes this to the unceasing intercession by his mother and the true love demonstrated by a few christian friends.

Following this, he was baptized and received into fellowship at the House of Praise where he began his Christian service soon after.  His desire to serve God with excellence resulted in him attending the Open Bible Institute of Theology where he successfully completed and was awarded a Diploma in Theology in 2010 he completed a Bachelors Degree in Theology.

At present he is the Assistant Pastor at house of Praise and functions in several other areas such as Music, Teaching and Evangelism. He served as the President of the Men of Vision at this local church and the Open Bible Standard Churches Inc. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Open Bible Standard Churches of Grenada as the Elder Director of Local Evangelism and Foreign Missions.

He is unwaveringly convinced that the responsibility of every Christian is to win the lost and is a dedicated pioneer to this cause. He is passionate about seeing the church return to its mandate, model and message.

He is a Police Officer by profession for the past 20 years in which he has progressed to the rank of Inspector.  He presently holds the position of Security Manager at the Maurice Bishop International Airport.
