Sis. Marcia Small was born and raised in London and came to reside in Grenada in March 2004.  Her parents and extended family all are residents of the town of Gouyave.

Since her conversion to the Lord Jesus Christ in December 1998 and prior to her departure to Grenada,  sis. Marcia was actively involved in Ministry.  Primarily in the area of television,  where she had the opportunity and privilege of being trained and working alongside a leading Television Director within the Christian Television Network.

Currently her service to the Kingdom at House of Praise includes but not limited to the Director of Visual Ministry; she also serves as a member of the Women's Ministry and Christian Education Department.  She is a Lay Minister with the Open Bible Standard Churches Inc.

Sis. Small is a woman who demonstrates an unshakable belief in God's Word.  She truly loves the Lord and her desire is to see individuals experience an intimate, purposed filled relationship with God.

By profession, Sis. Marcia has had a rewarding career as an Investment Banker in the city of London.  She is currently employed with one of the world's renowned security company  as a supervisor for the Banking Support Service.
